I’m a consultant, facilitator and organizational problem solver with two decades of experience helping organizations develop people, strengthen teams, build meaningful programs and create better experiences.

My career has taken me from leading large teams in Parks and Recreation, to directing museums across California, and building employee engagement in municipal Environmental Utilities.

I help organizations step back, look at what’s really happening and figure out what could work better. My approach is practical, collaborative and people focused. I am less interested in telling organizations what they should do and more interested in helping them uncover what will actually work for their people, culture and goals.
